Direct-To-Garment (DTG) is a new printing technique that prints an image directly onto a garment or other textures through what is essentially a glorified ink-jet printer using CMYK. The digital printer lays down the white and then goes back over laying down the vibrant colors over top in less than a minute.
Design options are endless. For example, take a look at the car on this photo and notice the blends and fades. The detail is immaculate when it comes to the DTG.
Garments that are being used on the DTG printer usually consist of 100% cotton. Some polyester products may be used as well. Give us a call if you are curious about a garment that you would like digitally printed!
